🏛️ See a live show at Teatro Massimo.
We loved visiting the Opera house as it was used in The Godfather and it was so interesting seeing the filming location. We found its better to visit during the day, an evening can be very busy.
🚶🏽Take a Stroll around Villa Bonanno Park.
🍕 Enjoy red wine and authentic Sicilian pizza at Assud Pizzeria Sicilian.
The tuna, feta and red onion pizza was delicious! The location is great as it is off of the busy streets and makes it a more intimate setting.
🍘 Try lots of different flavoured arancini at D La Pasticceria.
These are the best arancini in Palermo! We tried the “carbonara”, “Cacio e Pepe” and “Rage”, they were incredible and freshly made.
🍹$3 Aperol spritz just outside of Teatro Massimo.
Would It really be a trip to Italy if you don’t have at least 1 Aperol? These tasted beautiful and was even better with the cheap price! You will find that a lot of places in the city will try charge ridiculous prices for them.
⛲️ Admire the marble statues and incredible fountains at Fontana Pretoria.
