This beautiful cottage is perfect for those seeking a relaxing break with Oakwell Hall Country Park being in walk distance over the field or for those who are seeking adventures exploring the Yorkshire Dales and Bronte Country. The M62 is nearby making Manchester and other parts of Yorkshire easy to get to.
From the image shown above, everyone gets a welcome package. We love this detail as it’s like an extra warm welcome when you arrive at the AirBnb. Included is a freshly made loaf of bread, fresh eggs from the chickens on the farm, tea/coffee and fresh milk. Along with a bottle of Prosecco to start your cosy stay in the right way!
So what makes it so cosy? Get cuddled up on the sofas in front of the log burner and watch some TV watching the evening come in. The heat and sound from the log burner makes it a relaxing experience.
As well as the beautiful open plan kitchen/diner and living room, the upstairs has some pretty unique qualities that we just LOVE! It really makes this cottage stand out from others, including a free standing bathtub in one of the rooms to beautiful views looking over the countryside.
In the summer time, this really will be the perfect stay… being able to watch the sunset over the fields. Taking all that nature has to offer in the gardens surrounding the cottage.
